Royal Mail Standard within the UK - This delivery service takes between 1 to 15 working days, but normally arrives within 1 to 5 working days. A total of 15 working days are required by the Royal Mail before items are classed as lost.
For Royal Mail and DHL deliveries to the EU a total of 20 business days are required before items are classed as lost.
For Royal Mail and DHL deliveries to other international destinations a total of 25 business days are required before items are classed as lost.
